Hanover, MD (March27, 2023) – Today, The Cordish Companies announces the roll out of the reimagined Live! Rewards program for all its Live! casinos, including Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. The nationally award-winning program enhances the guest experience with rewards for playing, staying, and dining at Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland and Philadelphia, Live! Casino Pittsburgh, and PlayLive! Online Casino.
When guests say “Yes!” with a Live! Rewards membership, they say “Yes!” to the promise of undeniable thrills and dazzling possibilities with exclusive access and exceptional offers. Tier Credits are earned and allow members to move up through Live! Rewards six Tier levels: Classic, Gold, Platinum, Black, Jade & Chairman’s Club. Members are also able to earn bonus Tier Credits on Tier Booster days throughout the year. Guests can earn and redeem Flex Points to use their way for free slot play or dining. Comps are earned with dollars wagered to enhance the member’s experience with shopping, drinks, and dining. The higher a guest’s Tier level, the faster Comps are earned for hotel stays, dining and entertainment experiences.
With each Tier level comes more exclusive promotions and special events. As a member moves up in Tier level, they receive Tier-specific promotions and events, a 25-100% faster earning of Comps, a larger food & beverage discount, more roll-over Tier Credits, and a birthday celebration dinner for members who earn the Platinum or higher Tier level. The food & beverage discount, which is available at each Tier Credit level, increases at each level up to 25%. Members also are rewarded with an annual travel reimbursement up to $500 and Benefits Beyond Live!®, which include partner travel packages and discounts with Resorts World Las Vegas, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Baha Mar Resort Bahamas.
New in 2023 is Live! Experiences, a benefit exclusively for Chairman’s Club members. Members will be able to select from a variety of unique curated experiences which only Live! can provide, including exclusive events, out-of-state adventures, and more.
Live! Rewards members earn twenty Flex Points and Tier Credits for each dollar spent at all Live! Casino Restaurants and shops, stays, and events booked. A dining and shopping discount is now immediate just for signing up, and the discount grows as members earn higher Tier levels.
